Griswold Receivers’ Managing Attorney Neil Sheaffer will join an expert panel hosted by Ervin Cohen and Jessup, LLP called "War Stories: Blood, Sweat & Receiverships," on November 12, at the host firm's office in Beverly Hills, CA. The program will feature candid discussions and real-world lessons from leading practitioners in the field of receivership law.
As Managing Attorney, Neil oversees the legal strategy behind Griswold Receivers’ extensive portfolio of health & safety, rents & profits, business dispute, and cannabis receiverships, as well as partition assignments throughout California. Since joining the firm in 2019, Neil has become a trusted authority in all facets of receivership practice, and has overseen receivership and partition referee cases.
In recent years, Neil has also taken the lead on receivership and partition matters and consultations in other states, serving as a valuable resource for jurisdictions exploring the practical application of receivership law to address complex property, enforcement, and compliance challenges.
This "Lunch and Learn" event promises authentic, real world examples of the most difficult receivership cases, and will include insights from professionals who navigate the legal and operational realities of court-appointed receiverships every day. Registration is open for members of the California Receivers Forum.
